The complete school site survey for planning and design
Based on the typical Architectural Survey: shows all site improvements along w/ boundary, easements, trees, walls, fences, walks, driveways, streets, visible and available utility information, elevations and contours, also includes information necessary for ADA compliance (ex. Ramps w/ elevations at top and bottom for rate calculations and detail under canopy areas).
Our typical school survey is done by traditional ground methods. This allows for greater collection of relevant data and higher levels of detail and precision. When budget and/or time constraints make this high level survey unnecessary we can do the survey by aerial methods. The ground method is almost always preferred, but will require a greater turn-around time and thus is best to order in advance.
