For the subdivision of land. J.O. Nelson CLS does all the Survey related items needed: Preparation of the Tentative Map, including documenting site conditions; Preparation and filling of the Parcel / Final Tract map.
Depending on the projects, outside professional consultants will be necessary: Civil Engineer; Geologist; Environmental and/or an additional requirements imposed by the governing body
