Legal Description and Exhibits
Used anytime real property interests need to be delineated. Describes the purpose of the legal, and the real property being effected. In most instances the Legal Description is accompanied with a Plat (sketch) showing the area being described in the legal. The Plat is effective to give the layman an at-a-glance interpretation of the extent of a description that may be lengthy and complicated in its wording.
Also useful when delineating limits of a complex lease agreement.
