Based on negotiated items from the Table A requirements and including any items a lender and/or title company may require - these are the most extensive surveys as regards property ownership and enjoyment; delineating easements, encroachments, access and usage along with hardscape and boundary information. These may include elevations, contours and design related information, making the survey useful for design purposes as well.
